Windy Willow Farm is a pasture-based dairy with Jersey cows. We have been in operation for over 20 years as a commercial operation. In order to survive in the current dairy economy of larger and larger farms, we need to change our way of doing business as a small dairy. We plan to do raw milk, raw cream, raw colostrum. Also,we plan on launching a line of low glycemic yogurts, also a line of all natural yogurts. Along with that we plan on churning a high fat European-style butter for baking and for just good eating. We will see what the future brings
