We carefully manage the nutrition, genetics, health and environment of our animals from birth to processing. Our animals are raised completely free of antibiotics, growth promotants or artifical ingredients of any kind on 2,200 acres of range pasture for their entire lives. All animals are organically processed where attention is given to every detail. Our goal is to provide our customers with the most nutritious, best tasting, farm fresh protein food that they can find.
