Two Rivers Farm produces organically certified crops, raised sustainably and humanely. We are members of Slow Food, attended Terra Madre as delegates, and are leaders of our new local convivium. We enjoy good food and believe in sustainable local food systems. We believe in seasonal eating and believe that in the US in particular our culture is at risk of losing the joy of the table. We raise a wide range of produce, herbs and berries. Our orchards and vinyards will be productive in 2007. We sell mainly to chefs because we have a preference to sell to those who focus on and appreciate good food. We have a small CSA where we direct market our "kitchen garden" produce and herbs and our lamb. We raise hundreds of varieties in our kitchen garden to supply our own culinary interests. Our farm is a beatiful catering venue situated on the banks of the Icicle and Wenatchee Rivers, and we are open to occasional farm tours with advance notice.
