Thunder Hooves - Pasture Finished Meats - is a family farm in the Walla Walla Valley providing beef, lamb, pork, and seasonal turkey to families and restuarants across Washington State. Our livestock receive no hormones or antibitotics, and our beef and lamb are 100% grass-fed and finished on "certified organic" pastures of grass and alfalfa. We process our meats in our own local USDA facility (as of July 2006). Our beef is currently served at Whitehouse-Crawfod, The Marc, and Creek Town Cafe in Walla Walla. We anticipate adding Seattle-area restuarants in the summer of 2006. Please visit our website for much more information.
