Country Classics Farm was started in 1981 as a strawberry farm. We added the bakery in 1985 and joined the Olympia Farmers Market 1986-1995. We opened Wigley's Cafe 1996-2000, and returned to the Lewis County Farmers Market in 2001 and also joined the Kelso Bridge Market the same year. We strive to produce quality vegetables, fruit and berries. Our bakery features time-tested, family recipes. We utilize our own berries and farm products in our bakery products. In 2002 we constructed a brick oven for baking hearth breads. We are a small operation and will work with businesses in our area. We are innovative and willing to try new recipes and grow new products. That is why we are celebrating 24 successful years in business in 2005.
