Description:
I had gotten to work, running into even more worried people pouring up Broadway from downtown. A few of them were covered in dust or debris. Everyone was commenting how cellphones didn't work, but Blackberries did. I was on my way to the roof of the 11-story mid-rise office building I used to work in when the second tower went. Now I'm glad I didn't see either collapse with my own eyes.
