Who's at More Mesa Beach: Friendly crowd, very social. Up to 100 visitors on a busy day
More Mesa Beach Activities: Volleyball, jogging, sunbathing, Frisbee, swimming, bodysurfing, surfing
Getting to More Mesa Beach:

* US 101 north of Santa Barbara
* Between Hope Beach and UCSB
* Turnpike Road exit south (toward the ocean)
* Left on Hollister Avenue
* Right on Puente Drive (becomes Vieja Drive) 3/4 mile
* Look for parking when you see Mockingbird Lane
* Mockingbird is a restricted street and you will be towed, park on Vieja

* Wear shoes for the long walk (about a mile)
* Walk uphill on Mockingbird until it terminates.
* There is a barricade on the left with private property warnings but use the gap for pedestrians and continue to the stairs that start near the Eucalyptus grove.
* The path is steep but easy
* The nude area is to the right. See the comments above from Brad and stay north of the trail to prevent future law enforcement hassles.
