Chocolate Reaches its Target!

I'll have photos for this when we get back to Seattle. I just wanted to note that we dropped off much of Vivian's Chocolate to The Cellar Wine Shoppe. Of course it was well received. Vivian has put in a lot of work this week getting the delivery ready. We have about 100 chocolates left over from the whole experience.
She's learned a lot about production rates, appropriate chocolate molds, hand rolling, ganache stabilization, and decorating. Well, she already knew most of it but now she knows it faster!
