A quick breakfast before Costco

Description:
This morning we needed to go to Costco, which is always a sort of an exercise in public humiliation and an utter loss of self.
So to prepare, we went to 663 Cafe and had a hearty Chinese lunch at breakfast time.
So we had their Siu Yoch, Pepper Salt Eggplant and some Gai Lan.
663 (lok lok sam) is one of the better Seattle honger restaurants. The Siu Yoch is actually pretty good. And that's the only good Siu Yoch you can get here.
Siu Yoch is like bacon, pork rinds, and pork all in one nice little crunch, chewy, dry and juicy package.
It could very well be natures most perfect food.
