I had the chance to take an out of towner to Theo's Fremont shop this week. They have moved up into the old "Community Living Room" space with a shop that is open during the week. (Before it was only on Sunday's). First, GENEROUS sampling. If you want to try their bars or nibble a piece of truffle, they will help you out. It's good business as it is hard to resist buying something to take home. I tried the cardomom caramel - sublime, and bought a Whiskey and a Coffee truffle to take home to my choco-hubby, along with some of their cacao nib toffee. Oh lordy, that's good stuff.
