Description:
Word on the street is that I make the best calzones in town - fo' real. You can see me carry one down Modesto with a canvas cloth, now and then. I make my own bread, grate fresh mozzarella, crumble feta, shred Prosciutto Di Parma, tear fresh thyme and bake them in the oven on a stone.
