We checked out the Phoenix in Chicago's Chinatown (more or less, south of downtown). On Debra's recomendation - we headed to the Phoenix for dim sum. Since this was the same day as the Chinese New Year Parade, we had quite a wait at the restuarant. Luckily, the Dumpling House served the Phoenix dim sum, without the cart service. For some reason - I missed the carts and the adventure of flagging down the cart with something yummy. I also had a craving for chicken feet...and I got that taken care of...

Good food, but well, it was busy and the service reflected that....
