Description:
Kate hid out on Ray Mullen's farm until he turned her in. Saving Mullen from the crash that happened during the chase with the Marshall prevents Kate from escaping, which is how she ends up captured and on the plane to LA.

The farm is supposed to be about 100km outside of Melbourne. I just picked this spot out in the country. There is no "real" exact location for the farm, but this is close enough
