Probably the best I've seen. The Center is operated by BYU-Hawaii; purposefully, exchange students from the South Pacific earn their tuition by working as performers at the many themed isles. Activities are alternately scheduled (i.e. shows are usually 30 minutes long, and then right after the next 30 minutes are reserved for educational activities and exploratory walk).
Recommendations: You can return the next day if you don't manage to finish all the exhibits. The luau is a bit artificial but satisfactory for first-timers, still if you decide to attend the grand finale performance later in the evening you'll more than get your fill of Magical Polynesia. Encore!
