Description:
I rented a car in Portland, Oregon and drove down to a friends place in Ukiah, California. After a day or two I drove down to San Francisco and met my friend Zefrey. We went to drop of the car off at the Oakland Airport Budget Rental Car place. In the canal alongside the road where the rental car facilities are there was a three foot long slice of watermelon. I'm not sure what it was made out of. I'm pretty sure it wasn't watermelon though.

The rental car place was pretty inefficienct. We had to wait for a while in the rain for someone to come and check us out. After that was all done we waited around for our friend Lee to pick us up. Zefrey took a photo of me in this car wash that Budget didn't seem to use anymore.

Lee picked us up and drove us into Oakland. We went to a bar called Baggy's near Lake Merritt. It was someone's 70th birthday and they had a small buffet set up for everyone - salad, spaghetti and meatballs, rolls, vegetables and dip. I immediately started eating it all. At first we had no idea why it was there. I didn't stop to ask. I was hungry.

Lee then drove us to a spot in Oakland that he said was the only good area to get Mexican food in the East Bay. Apparently, according to Lee, hardly there's any good Mexican food in the East Bay. I got a Carnitas Burrito. Honestly, it was a little dry. A real gut-bomb.

We drove by a bodega and I bought a 40oz of Miller High-Life, then we ate burrito's and watched The Soprano's. Livin' the high-life indeed.
