Description:
For Helena's contribution to the Cultural District she cataloged a number of libraries from around the country that had telephone numbers in which you could call and hear a librarian reading a short story. The phone booth had vinyl lettering informing guests to the phonebooth as to what these telephone numbers were, and the location of the library in question. Helena placed candles within the phone booth and handed out quarters to people walking through the neighborhood.
