Description:
My mom spent part of her teenage years in an old stone house that was here. We used to visit my grandparents there when I was a kid. I loved canoeing and sailing on the lake, and especially enjoyed watching the 4th of July fireworks from the backyard. The house had at least three stories, and there was a detached garage that also had at least two stories. There was a sunroom where my grandfather grew his huge Christmas cactuses and orchids. Eventually, my grandparents sold it, and someone tore it down and built two houses.
