Emergency Muster Station for one (1) of at least eight (8) Mira Mesa parks. Westview Park is the apex of the Northeast Sector and at 500 ft. elevation, susceptible to flooding from a Miramar dam break (elevation 715 feet). GOOD STUFF: Best view of Mira Mesa, Scripps Miramar at 810 feet elevation just north of Mesa Ridge (214 homes circa 1980, Phantom Lane access to best view. Just west of I-15. Elevation 500 feet. Wildfire potential high.
