Description:
The GFT is possibly the only cinema in Glasgow where you can take your cocktails (in a thermos) and a nice wee picnic and watch anything from the latest in French cinema to 'Its a wonderful life' on Christmas Eve. GFT's location close to the art school has resulted in many lectures being held in this unique place (which seems terribly fitting for GSA). The building is also notable, build in 1939, it was originally the Cosmo Cinema, a purpose built art house cinema and the interior has retained its original deco style.
