So many great shows were seen here. ATCQ, De la soul, souls of mischief (all on one bill) in 1993.
A classic moment to be remembered was when Wyclef from the little known Fugees ripped local freestyler Byron Brown a new one in front of the club while US3 was playing inside. Byron had a clothing company called Urban Soul Food (USF) and was decked out in it. Misunderstanding USF to be USAF, Wyclef clowned him on some air force type thing. I don't remember the full scoop. Saw Digitial Underground, Pharcyde, Big Daddy Kane, House of Pain, lots of punk shows (Hazel, Crackerbash). I pretty much spent every weekend here.
