My wife and I came out from the movies the other night and when I tried to get the car started I managed to break the key in the ignition. The tech arrived and after some fiddling around he fixed the ignition and gave us a new key on the spot. Given the hour I was quite impressed they were able to help so quickly. The price matched the quote on the phone, and the tech even suggested that we take the car to the dealership to have it looked at in the morning. All in all quite impressive.
