Of all the city beaches in Vancouver, this is my favorite. We strolled the beach in the late evening to catch the gorgeous dance of the sunset across the bay. We also happened across an international fireworks festival and joined with hundreds of locals to watch the show. I fell in love with Vancouver that night, as the water buses performed a ballet on the bay, and the moon rose over the crowds gasping at the lights display, the city lights behind us.
