Cruising home from a really fun session at Burnside, back to martial ART, on a super sick and gnarly homepressed deck that alex lilly made for me (uncut, just rectangular with crazy overlapping plies mounted on huge kryptos! so sick! favorite board ever maybe), any way, did a little ollie over something, landed in bad wheel bite, took a hipper and nearly a header into the railings, my board starts coasting backwards, slowly, towards the little gap under that rail !! ahhhh, i crawl jump scoot towards it, but toooooo late, it just rolls under the rail and out into the moist air above the murky river. sigh. splash.
