Description:
In 1990, a woman pulled out of a bank parking lot and smacked right rear quarter of my Hyundai Excel as I was travelling westbound on President Ave. I spun 180 degrees from the impact and ended up in the far lane facing the opposite direction. She claimed not to have seen me coming. The officer called it an illegal start from a stopped position on her part. I never repaired the damage.
