Description:
Apartments across from East High School. Built in the 1920s I believe, originally as a hotel. Not too bad for the area. As of 2008, they had all been remodeled in the last year. Still, they are mostly old, the neighborhood is noisy and a little rough around the edges... and there is a mental health clinic directly across from the apartments on Auburn avenue.
