Description:
A dead body was found in a Bywater trash bin last night, the New Orleans Police Department said.

Officers received the call at 10:30 p.m. from 3914 Royal St. When deputies arrived to the residential area, they found the body.

Later identified by fingerprints as Christopher L. Lewis, 23.
