david medlow chocolates is next to a conference centre (or was it a hotel?) in the McLauren Vale area.

they do some amazing chocolate with wine centres! the shiraz and dark chocolate was my fav. they also have a whole line of jelly type candies which are veggie friendly (using pectin, not gelatine).
