The Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York (A.R.T./New York)presents The Sixth Annual Raising Kids and Curtains Halloween Show, a musical storytelling performance of "How the Turtle Got Its Shell" by Shadow Box Theatre.
Audience participation is encouraged as the little turtle outsmarts a fierce leopard. Adapted from an African folktale by Sandra Robbins and is performed by Leena Conquest and Ayanda Clarke. Costume parade of audience and performers directly follow the show. Goodie bags will be given out while supplies last. Costumes are encouraged. Doors open at 2:30pm for a 3pm performance. Admission is free and no reservations are required, however space is limited.
