Description:
At least two horses have been stolen from here, there was a cable tie, uncut, and then someone put in another using a ribbon tie, which was mangled and broken.

I replaced it with another ribbon tie and this time glued the horse to the curb and the rubbon tie to the horse and the ribbon to the wire tie. Hopefully this one will last!
