Here I was standing on the foggy cold morning of 9/11/2001 about ready to push back UPS flight to PDX. Running a little late to begin with the pilot tells us to pull the stairs back up to the plane and that the World Trade Center has been hit. So after that we walked back up inside the office to watch tv for 20 minutes and saw the second tower get hit.
