on 9/11, 2001 I was attending the CTIA Wireless industry trade show at the convention center in San Diego. I recall getting a phone call informing me of what happened. Then there were thousands of us at the convention (which was put on hold) and we were all walking around the trade show watching the news unfold on the news. I recall meeting somme people that had been inn contact (via wireless, blackberry etc...) with their loved ones in and around ground zero. One guy had been conversing with a person inside the towers.. it was truly a day none of us will ever forget.
