The Bull shares management and a similar counter procedure with its nearby cousin, and its menu and staff uniforms resemble those in Mr. Villa’s Neighborhood. Also, given the sky-high prices here, low-interest federal loans are now available for qualified low-to-middle-income customers. Credit cards accepted.
