After a decade at 8524 Germantown Ave., Color Me Mine is leaving the Hill. Owners told the Chestnut Hill Local that the decision to move to Elkins Park was influenced by "empty store fronts" along the Avenue--including the closing of Wawa, just around the corner, and the impending closure of Chico's, just up the street.
