台南測候所是三個同心圓構成的建物，外圍是十八邊形，設有十八扇窗戶，裡面有陳列早年的地震儀、無線發報器和一些氣象的舊文件。
白色的塔裡有旋轉樓梯上去，很可愛的房子。
