The 2007 NTDTV Chinese New Year Spectacular will be performed in more than 20 cities in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Houston is one of the cities selected for the Spectacular performance tour. Showcasing the essence of Chinese culture without influence from the Chinese communist party, the Spectaculars promote traditional values and the common good. In previous years the venues were often seen to become purer and more peaceful as the performances proceeded. The NTDTV Chinese New Year Spectacular has attracted millions of viewers over recent years and audiences are always willing to return again and again.
