From February 14th-March 14th, each Wednesday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, the Family Service Fair Oaks Intergenerational Center in Redwood City will offer free classes on diabetes management and prevention. "Live Well with Diabetes" will be offered in English and Spanish. Attendees will sample health snacks, read and analyze food labels, create a realistic nutrition plan for life and gain other practical tools to manage and prevent diabetes. The classes are open to everyone and registration is free.
