City on the Water
Venice is one of the most unique places on earth. With its history, sites, and culture nothing is the same. It may sound cliche to take a gondola ride on one of the many rivers in between the beautiful buildings, but it is an experience that would never be forgotten. Walking over all of the amazing bridges with great architecture is a perfect vacation for one who wants to slow down a bit and be around such a relaxed culture. Eating in the restaurants in Venice is not merely just to satisfy hunger, but is like a performance with your closest friends. In many restaurants in the states I feel as though everyone is so busy that no one takes the time to actually eat and enjoy their food while also enjoying the company of others and the service. In Venice at the restaurants I experienced were unlike any other with the service, and not to mention the magnificent food. Venice is the perfect get away from a busy and overwhelming lifestyle.
